I know that I am probably going to piss off some of my friends and relatives (mostly my aunts) by saying this, but it must be said…
I hate receiving emails that are forwards.
Especially ones that tell you at the end of the message to send to 10 of your friends–and if you do not do this, something terrible will happen to you or someone you love. Well isn’t that just lovely!? I have never received a forward that I liked reading or after reading it, felt better about myself or my life. Usually these forwards are life lessons telling you how wonderful you are or how wonderful it is to have a wonderful friend (like the one who sent you this wonderful forward) and you are just so darn lucky to be part of this wonderful world…wonderful shmunderful. I just can not read another forward.

I just heard on the radio this morning that Steve-O has pinched nerves in his lower back and is doing everything he can to stay in the Dancing with the Stars competition. He is getting medical treatment from a physical therapist and a chiropractor, as well as taking it easy on the dance floor. This is not the first injury this season…
Two other dancers had gotten hurt weeks before the first episode (Jewell and Nancy O’Dell) which is why my girl Melissa and Holly (one of the Playboy Bunnies) got to join the competition so late. I will be bummed if Steve-O is unable to compete, I thought it would be fun to watch him. But if he can not continue, I guess I will be fast forwarding through even more of this show to get to Melissa and then delete the episode when she’s done dancing.

I thought my girl, Melissa, did pretty good on Dancing with the Stars. She probably has the most dance experience out of all the other “stars” on the show this season. I have high hopes that she will make it far in this competition.
I do not think I could have watched Dancing with the Stars (or would not be able to ever again) if I was not recording it to watch later. I prefer to fast forward through the boring parts…the intros, the judges comments, the dancing when it is not Melissa (ok, so I ended up watching the 2 hour show in about 20 minutes, is that wrong?).

I never really got into this show. I started watching it a couple of seasons ago, but it just seemed like there was too much drama and it did not satisfy my craving for reality TV. Maybe too dramatic? Maybe the dancing was just plain boring? But this season, all of that will change.

Maybe. Maybe not. But before I decide, I feel obligated to express my disgust with Jason from the most recent season of The Bachelor. He actually proposes to Melissa, then 6 weeks later dumps her live on national television and asks Molly if they can give it another go.

I have come to the realization that I might not be getting enough sleep. I go to bed every night at 11:00pm, then wake up between 5:45 – 6:00am. I am fine on Monday-Wednesday, but come Thursday I am hurting for sure. I hit the wall by about 2:00pm every Thursday and that is the time of the day that I’m searching for some sugar or caffeine to give me the boost that I need to make it to 4:30pm when I get to go home.

Birthday cards are great. I love to open them all up and read them slowly to fully gain the thought that went into picking that card. I think my favorite birthday cards are the ones I receive in the mail.
